Should I buy a 2024 Toyota Highlander Hybrid or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 27.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.97% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $49,423 CAD, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $55,713 CAD average.
• It prioritises fuel efficiency and everyday practicality.

The bottom line: Choose the 2024 if you want the stronger current-market balance of pricing, inventory, and satisfaction. If your priority is spending less upfront, the 2023 is the better value-focused alternative.
