• Inventory: There are 180 listings available.

What is the 2024 Honda Pilot's resale value?

That price movement suggests the Pilot has become more affordable in the used market, which can help you buy in at a lower cost today. For a future seller, that also means resale expectations should be set with the current softer market in mind. Even so, the Pilot’s broad family appeal and strong owner satisfaction can help support demand when it is time to sell.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Honda Pilot or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 24.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.43% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $48,299 CAD, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $49,563 CAD average.
• The 2023 brings a redesigned cabin with more rugged styling and useful convenience features.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $55,484 CAD, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $49,563 CAD average.
• The 2025 keeps the formula simple with standard all-wheel drive and a practical, easy-to-live-with setup.

The bottom line: The 2024 is the best all-around pick if you want a well-rated Pilot with softened pricing and decent deal availability. If your priority is saving money, the 2023 is the smarter value play; if you want to spend more for the newer model-year setup, the 2025 is the alternative to compare.
