Used 2024 Ford Bronco for Sale nearWaterloo, ON

How much does the 2024 Ford Bronco cost?

Prices have softened 11.26% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 336 listings available, which suggests a healthy amount of inventory for you to compare.

Is the 2024 Ford Bronco a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Ford Bronco earns a 4.7/5 user rating and a 6.8/10 expert rating. The model scores 8/10 across Look and feel, Performance, and Form and function.

Owners consistently praise its off-road capability, modern features, and stylish interior design. The Bronco also stands out for its distinctive retro styling and the sense of fun it brings to daily driving.

The trade-offs are clear: fuel economy is poor, there is no hybrid or plug-in hybrid option, and some buyers may wish for a cloth seat option. It suits you best if you want a rugged SUV with personality, trail ability, and a comfortable cabin rather than a purely practical commuter.

With 31.0% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still room to find value if you shop carefully.

Is the 2024 Ford Bronco reliable?

Owners rate it 4.7/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a vehicle that feels dependable in the ways that matter to shoppers who plan to keep it for the long haul, especially when you value its modern features and off-road capability. The expert evaluation also describes the Bronco as a true off-roader that can handle challenging terrain with confidence, which supports its reputation for being built to be used hard.

Ford’s standard maintenance coverage adds some ownership reassurance, and the Bronco’s overall appeal suggests it can be a vehicle you count on if you accept its rugged character. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that its fuel costs and hard-use lifestyle can make ownership less forgiving than a more conventional SUV.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Ford Bronco?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Big Bend is the standard trim level, and the Bronco’s retro design looks more successful in two-door form than four-door form. The available Sasquatch Package adds a suspension lift, 35-inch mud-terrain tyres, and other off-roading equipment, but it also makes the cabin feel less breathable with the marine-grade upholstery.
• Powertrain: You can get a turbocharged 2.3-litre EcoBoost four-cylinder, an optional turbocharged 2.7-litre EcoBoost V6, or a 3.0-litre EcoBoost V6 in the Raptor. The 2.3-litre setup is described as satisfying, while the Bronco’s fuel economy is not a strength.
• Safety package: The Big Bend includes forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, automatic high-beam headlights, and a backup camera with guidance grid lines. The Mid Package adds Ford Co-Pilot360 features such as lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and rear parking sensors.
• Infotainment: Every Bronco gets a 12-inch Sync 4 touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, FordPass Connect services, SiriusXM 360L satellite radio, and a seven-speaker stereo. Higher trims add connected navigation and a premium Bang & Olufsen sound system with 10 speakers.
• Fuel efficiency: The Bronco is not fuel efficient, and the test vehicle’s Sasquatch-equipped powertrain was rated at 13.1 L/100 km city, 13.8 L/100 km highway, and 13.4 L/100 km combined. Without the Sasquatch Package, it was rated at 12.0 L/100 km city, 11.2 L/100 km highway, and 11.6 L/100 km combined.

Which 2024 Ford Bronco trim should I buy?

The 2024 Ford Bronco is offered in 9 trim levels: Big Bend, Badlands, Raptor, and the other Bronco versions referenced in the model’s trim lineup.

Here's the short version:

• Big Bend: This is the standard trim and the best starting point if you want the Bronco experience without immediately moving up the ladder. It gives you the core look, the standard 12-inch Sync 4 system, and the essential safety equipment, making it the value-focused choice for most shoppers.
• Badlands: Choose this if you want a more rugged setup and are interested in the more capable side of the Bronco lineup. The 2024 update adds a more rugged front bumper here, which reinforces its trail-ready character.
• Raptor: This is the one to buy if you want the most extreme Bronco personality and the strongest performance-oriented hardware in the lineup. It also gets two new colours for 2024, but it is the least budget-friendly path.

The Mid Package is the key safety-package upgrade to look for if you want the full collection of Ford Co-Pilot360 technologies.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Ford Bronco?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so it makes sense to compare listings carefully and move quickly on the right one.

• Deal availability: 31.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 336 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.26% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $53,249 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Ford Bronco's resale value?

The current average of $53,342 CAD sits slightly below last year's $60,114 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you as a buyer today, but it also means a future seller may face a more competitive resale environment if prices continue to ease. If you buy near the current average and keep the vehicle in strong condition, you may be better positioned than someone who paid closer to last year’s higher market. The Bronco’s distinctive appeal should still support demand, but its resale strength will depend on how much buyers continue to value its rugged personality and capability.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.7/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2024 Ford Bronco safe?

The Bronco four-door earns a Marginal headlight score from IIHS, and NHTSA testing is incomplete, with a four-star frontal-impact rating and a three-rating for rollover resistance.

It earns a 6/10 safety score from our experts.

Ford equips the Bronco Big Bend with forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, automatic high-beam headlights, and a backup camera with guidance grid lines. The Mid Package adds lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and rear parking sensors, while adaptive cruise control, front parking sensors, and a surround-view camera system are also available.

The main caveat is that some advanced safety features are not standard, so you may need to step up to a better-equipped trim or package to get the full suite you want.

Should I buy a 2024 Ford Bronco or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 31.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.26% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.7/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2024 adds a standard 12-inch Sync 4 infotainment system and fresh styling updates.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $49,517 CAD, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $53,342 CAD average.
• It offers a broad range of body styles and configurations for trail-focused buyers.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $56,635 CAD, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $53,342 CAD average.
• It leans harder into comfort and everyday usability while keeping the Bronco’s off-road personality.

The bottom line: If you want the best balance of updated tech and softer pricing, the 2024 is the smart default. If your priority is saving money, the 2023 is the better value play; if you want the newest take on the formula, the 2025 is the step up to consider.
