This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 29.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 140 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.41% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $35,504 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Chevrolet Blazer's resale value?

The current average of $36,801 CAD sits slightly below last year's $41,542 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you buy more confidently now, but it also means a future seller may face a more competitive resale environment if market conditions stay similar. The Blazer’s distinctive styling and practical midsize layout should still help it stand out to shoppers who want a car-like SUV with a strong feature set. If you keep the vehicle in good condition and choose a well-equipped trim, you may have a better chance of attracting buyers later.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Chevrolet Blazer or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 29.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.41% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $31,385 CAD, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $36,801 CAD average.
• It adds a new touchscreen and wireless charging while keeping the Blazer’s sporty, car-like appeal.

The bottom line: Choose the 2024 if you want the stronger current-market value signal and a broad pool of listings to compare. If your priority is spending less upfront, the 2023 is the better price-sensitive path and still gives you the Blazer’s distinctive style and practical crossover layout.
