Is the 2024 Audi A3 a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating suggests you should feel confident considering it if you want a well-liked used luxury compact sedan. That kind of score usually points to strong owner satisfaction and a positive day-to-day experience.

With 18.4% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2024 Audi A3 reliable?

For used buyers, that points to lower perceived ownership risk, especially if the car has been maintained properly and the service history checks out.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Audi A3?

This looks like a moderate market for selective buyers: pricing has eased, but the best listings may still move quickly.

• Deal availability: 18.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 76 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 19.06% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $29,960 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Audi A3's resale value?

The current average of $30,337 CAD sits slightly below last year's $37,482 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you buy in at a more attractive level today, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited if the market stays soft. If you plan to sell later, the current discount gives you less cushion than a stronger pricing environment would. Strong owner satisfaction can still help support demand when it's time to move on.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Audi A3 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 18.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 19.06% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $38,114 CAD, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $30,337 CAD average.
• It adds sharper performance, better handling, and improved fuel economy.

The bottom line: Choose the 2024 if you want the lower entry price and a market with some deal opportunities. If you care more about driving enjoyment and can stretch your budget, the 2025 is the better pick; if price matters most, the 2024 is the smarter value play.
