There are 414 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2023 Nissan Qashqai a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating suggests strong owner satisfaction for this model year. That kind of feedback can be a useful sign that the vehicle is meeting expectations in everyday use. With 24.6% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2023 Nissan Qashqai reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

For used buyers, that kind of owner feedback can reduce some of the uncertainty around long-term ownership risk, especially if you verify the vehicle’s maintenance history and condition carefully.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Nissan Qashqai?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can afford to compare listings carefully rather than rushing.

• Deal availability: 24.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 414 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.49% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $23,011 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Nissan Qashqai's resale value?

The current average of $23,011 CAD sits slightly below last year's $26,294 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you buy at a more favourable point in the cycle, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited if the market stays soft. If you plan to sell later, buying well today matters more because your eventual resale value will depend heavily on how much room you leave between purchase price and market average. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Nissan Qashqai or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 24.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.49% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2023 is a sensible primary choice if you want a model year with softer pricing and a meaningful share of deal-priced listings. If you're especially price-sensitive, keep an eye on nearby years as well, but the 2023 gives you a good balance of current value and buyer confidence.
