Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Nissan Qashqai?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage but should still move quickly on the best-priced examples.

• Deal availability: 25.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 437 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.01% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $23,002 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Nissan Qashqai's resale value?

The current average of $23,002 CAD sits slightly below last year's $26,142 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can make future depreciation a little easier to anticipate. If you buy near the lower end of the current range, you may have a better chance of protecting your value later. Strong demand for well-rated models can also help support resale performance when it’s time to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Nissan Qashqai or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 25.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.01% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line:

The 2023 is a sensible choice if you want a model year with strong owner satisfaction and a softer price trend than last year. If your priority is value, the current market gives you enough deal activity to shop selectively and still find a competitive price. If you're especially price-sensitive, keep an eye on listings near the low end of the range and be ready to act when a well-priced example appears.
