What is the 2023 Nissan Qashqai's resale value?

The current average of $22,833 CAD sits slightly below last year's $25,639 CAD.

That softer pricing can be helpful if you're buying now, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited unless market conditions improve. If you plan to sell later, buying at the lower end of the range gives you a better chance of protecting your value. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Nissan Qashqai or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 27.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.95% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2023 is a sensible choice if you want a used Qashqai with strong owner approval and a softer price environment than last year. If your priority is stretching your budget further, you may want to compare nearby model years and focus on whichever one gives you the best combination of price, condition, and deal quality.
