Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Lexus NX Hybrid?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can afford to compare listings and wait for the right price.

What is the 2023 Lexus NX Hybrid's resale value?

The current average of $49,100 CAD sits slightly below last year's $54,137 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you buy at a more favourable point in the cycle, but it also means future resale gains may depend more on condition, mileage, and trim appeal. If prices stabilise, a well-kept example could hold value better than a higher-mileage one. Strong demand for efficient luxury hybrids can also help support future trade-in interest.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Lexus NX Hybrid or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 29.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.30% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line:

If you want the strongest mix of owner satisfaction and current pricing, the 2023 is the primary year to focus on. If your priority is stretching your budget further, you may want to compare nearby years and target the best-priced listing rather than the newest one.
