The Q7’s reliability picture is shaped by its premium positioning: it requires premium fuel, repair costs can be high, and the model’s ownership experience is best approached with that in mind. The current average of $46,350 CAD sits slightly below last year's $55,238 CAD.

That kind of price movement can make the Q7 more attractive to used buyers now, but it also means a future seller may need to price competitively if the market stays soft. The model’s practical cabin, strong technology, and three-row layout should help it remain appealing to family-focused shoppers. Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Audi Q7 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 34.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 16.09% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.
