Used 2022 Lincoln Navigator for Sale nearMontreal, QC

How much does the 2022 Lincoln Navigator cost?

Prices have softened 14.45% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 55 listings available, which suggests a limited but real pool of used Navigator inventory.

Is the 2022 Lincoln Navigator a good car?

Yes — the 2022 Lincoln Navigator earns a 5/5 user rating and an 8.17/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Form and function at 10/10.

It suits you if you want a full-size luxury SUV with a classically elegant design, robust towing capacity, and comfort across all three rows. Lincoln also updated the styling, comfort, technology, safety, and driving dynamics for 2022, which helps keep it competitive against newer rivals.

The market shows 23.6% of listings as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2022 Lincoln Navigator reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2022 Navigator is presented as a comfort-focused flagship with updated styling, technology, safety, and driving dynamics, which supports the case for a well-rounded ownership experience. Its twin-turbocharged 3.5-litre V6 and 10-speed automatic are described as robust, and the updated brake booster addresses a softness concern noted in the prior model year.

Lincoln also includes ownership perks such as valet service when it’s time for maintenance.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is the cost and complexity that come with a large luxury SUV, especially if you want one that has been maintained carefully.

What should I look for when buying a used 2022 Lincoln Navigator?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Canadian-market Navigator is sold in a single, well-equipped Reserve trim, so your main job is checking how it’s equipped rather than comparing multiple trims. The cabin brings quality materials, mid-century modern design, Lincoln’s Constellation display theme, and a 22-inch wheel design in Canada.
• Powertrain: You get a twin-turbocharged 3.5-litre V6 with a 10-speed automatic transmission and standard four-wheel drive in Canada. It makes 440 horsepower and 510 pound-feet of torque, and the powertrain is tuned for strong towing and relaxed highway use.
• Safety package: The Navigator adds Intersection Assist, Active Park Assist 2.0, ActiveGlide, and a surround-view camera system. ActiveGlide is Lincoln’s hands-free highway driving technology, while Intersection Assist can automatically brake in unsafe situations and Active Park Assist 2.0 can handle parallel and perpendicular parking.
• Infotainment: Look for the Sync 4 system with the 13.2-inch touchscreen, wireless-style smartphone support through Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, over-the-air update capability, and the dual data-panel layout. The system also keeps physical controls for volume, tuning, and climate functions.
• Fuel efficiency: Natural Resources Canada says the Navigator 4WD should use 13.2 L/100 km in combined driving, and the test vehicle averaged 12.6 L/100 km.

Which 2022 Lincoln Navigator trim should I buy?

The 2022 Lincoln Navigator is offered in 1 trim level: Reserve.

Here's the short version:

The Reserve is the one to buy because it’s the only Canadian trim and it already comes well equipped. You get the updated styling, the larger 13.2-inch Sync 4 touchscreen, standard four-wheel drive, and the full suite of new driver-assistance features. Since there isn’t a lower trim to step up from, your focus should be on condition, mileage, and whether the specific vehicle has the options you want.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Lincoln Navigator?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so you can shop carefully without expecting deep discounts everywhere.

• Deal availability: 23.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 55 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.45% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $62,058 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Lincoln Navigator's resale value?

The current average of $62,058 CAD sits slightly below last year's $72,543 CAD.

That price drop suggests the market has become more favourable for buyers, but it also means sellers may need to price competitively to stand out. If you’re planning to sell later, the current softness could limit upside unless your Navigator is especially well kept and well equipped.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2022 Lincoln Navigator safe?

The 2022 Lincoln Navigator earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

It adds several new driver-assistance systems for 2022, including Intersection Assist, Active Park Assist 2.0, ActiveGlide, and a surround-view camera system. ActiveGlide is Lincoln’s hands-free highway driving technology, while Active Park Assist 2.0 can take over parallel and perpendicular parking. Intersection Assist can automatically brake when a driver attempts an unsafe movement.

The main caveat is that ActiveGlide still requires your attention at all times, so it is not a substitute for active supervision.

Should I buy a 2022 Lincoln Navigator or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 23.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.45% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• Lincoln updated the Navigator’s styling, comfort, technology, safety, and driving dynamics for 2022.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $53,314 CAD, the 2021 costs less than the current year's $62,058 CAD average.
• It feels like a luxury apartment, with comfort-focused seating and a more modern redesign.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $72,220 CAD, the 2023 costs more than the current year's $62,058 CAD average.
• It adds spacious third-row comfort and strong truck-based capability.

The bottom line: The 2022 is the best all-around choice if you want the updated Navigator experience and can find a well-priced example. If your budget matters more than the refresh, the 2021 is the value play; if you want a newer model and can spend more, the 2023 is the step-up path.
