Should I buy a 2022 Dodge Durango or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 35.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.66% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.9/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $32,737 CAD, the 2021 costs less than the current year's $38,061 CAD average.
• It adds a new infotainment system and extra muscle-focused appeal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $42,547 CAD, the 2023 costs more than the current year's $38,061 CAD average.
• It adds standard heated front seats and a heated steering wheel.

The bottom line: The 2022 is the best all-around choice if you want a well-liked Durango with softer pricing than last year and decent deal availability. If your priority is saving money, the 2021 is the better value path; if you want newer features and can stretch your budget, the 2023 is the upgrade to consider.
