• Inventory: There are 349 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.28% compared with last year.

What is the 2022 Dodge Durango's resale value?

The current average of $38,401 CAD sits slightly below last year's $41,869 CAD.

That softer pricing suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more reasonable entry point today. If you plan to sell later, the current trend means you should expect resale value to depend heavily on condition, mileage, and trim. Well-kept examples should remain easier to move than neglected ones, especially if they have desirable equipment or stronger performance variants.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.9/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 Dodge Durango or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 31.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.28% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.9/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $33,233 CAD, the 2021 costs less than the current year's $38,401 CAD average.
• It adds the Hellcat and Tow N Go for extra muscle and towing appeal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $42,500 CAD, the 2023 costs more than the current year's $38,401 CAD average.
• It adds standard heated front seats and a heated steering wheel.

The bottom line: You should start with the 2022 if you want the best balance of current-market pricing, strong owner satisfaction, and broad inventory. If your priority is saving money, the 2021 is the better value play; if you want newer equipment and can stretch your budget, the 2023 is the more appealing upgrade.
