Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Chrysler Pacifica?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but still move quickly on the right listing.

• Deal availability: 37.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 199 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.94% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $31,309 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Chrysler Pacifica's resale value?

The current average of $31,309 CAD sits slightly below last year's $36,381 CAD.

That softer pricing can be good news if you're buying now, but it also means future resale upside may be more limited if the market stays well supplied. If you plan to sell later, the current trend suggests you should expect value to depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the vehicle has been maintained. Strong demand from family buyers can still help support pricing, especially for well-kept examples.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 37.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.94% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $26,128 CAD, the 2021 costs less than the current year's $31,309 CAD average.
• It offers abundant storage and easy drivability.

The bottom line:
Choose the 2022 if you want the stronger current-market balance of price, satisfaction, and deal availability. If your priority is spending less upfront, the 2021 is the better value play, especially if you can find one in good condition with the features you want.
