Is now a good time to buy a used 2021 Nissan Murano?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can afford to be patient and compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 33.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 199 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.70% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $24,325 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2021 Nissan Murano's resale value?

The current average of $24,325 CAD sits slightly below last year's $27,864 CAD.

That price movement suggests the Murano has become more accessible for used buyers, but it also means a future seller may need to price competitively to stand out. If you buy near the current average, there may be less room for appreciation in the short term, so condition and mileage will matter a lot when it comes time to resell. The model’s strong owner satisfaction should help support demand, especially for well-kept examples.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.67/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2021 Nissan Murano or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2021 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2021 if:

• 33.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.70% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.67/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2021 Nissan Murano makes the most sense if you want a comfortable, stylish midsize SUV with strong owner approval and a market that has become more buyer-friendly. If your priority is value, the 2021 is a sensible target; if you want to stretch your budget further, you can also compare nearby years and focus on whichever one gives you the best combination of price, condition, and equipment.
