Used 2020 Nissan Kicks for Sale nearAjax, ON

How much does the 2020 Nissan Kicks cost?

Prices have softened 14.32% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 340 listings available, which suggests a healthy amount of inventory for used-car shoppers.

Is the 2020 Nissan Kicks a good car?

Yes — the 4.6/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its value, safety features, and fuel efficiency, and many appreciate the amount of equipment you get for the price. It also fits well if you want safe, reliable, no-frills transportation in a practical subcompact SUV package. With 31.2% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still meaningful market opportunity if you shop carefully.

Is the 2020 Nissan Kicks reliable?

Owners rate it 4.6/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also points to a dependable, trouble-free ownership experience centred on value, safety, and fuel economy. That said, some drivers mention the vehicle’s power and performance as a weak spot, so long-term ownership risk for used buyers is less about durability and more about whether the driving experience matches your expectations.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Nissan Kicks?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 31.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 340 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.32% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $15,509 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 Nissan Kicks's resale value?

The current average of $15,509 CAD sits slightly below last year's $18,100 CAD.

That price movement suggests the model has become more accessible for buyers, but it also means future sellers may need to price competitively to stand out. If you buy at today’s average, there is less room for appreciation, so resale value will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the vehicle is equipped. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.6/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Nissan Kicks or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 31.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.32% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.6/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $17,339 CAD, the 2021 costs more than the current year's $15,509 CAD average.
• The refresh adds more features and a more polished feel.

The bottom line: Choose the 2020 if you want the lower purchase price and a value-first approach. If you can stretch your budget, the 2021 is the better pick for shoppers who want the updated feature set, while price-sensitive buyers should focus on the 2020’s stronger affordability.
