We appreciate transparency and like to sleep on it for a night before making one of the largest purchases of our lives. I wouldn’t ever return there.

Metro Ford was great to deal with. The sales rep contacted us promptly and assisted us with our look at the car. He organized a test drive and answered all our questions. The only negative comment would be that there were some errors in the written description of this car and the pictures. For example the written description said it was a manual while the pictures showed it as an automatic.

I received an email response within 30 minutes, my questions about the car I was interested in were answered immediately, and when I responded to the salesman's follow-up email two days later to say that I had bought another car, the salesman actually wrote me a congratulations message. I won't forget such courtesy.

I had questions as to the options on this car as each car is different. I appreciated the swiftness of the reply with the information required. The salesperson was excellent in that he gave the option to contact him but didn't press. If I decide to go further, this is a dealership I would be happy to deal with.

Waste my time. I have indicated at very beginning that you should work out with my financial first before coming down there. They told me that I was approved. When I got there and they got me around with nonsense stuff and then told me that I only approved for the cheaper car. Waste my time. Never recommend anyone there.

Not the most professional sales technique from 1 certain team member, did not even come close to answering my 2 questions and only responded via email with a copy paste/pump about how amazing they are. May have let his arrogance get the best of him. Cut communication and will not buy from this dealership as this one agent killed it for us. If the manager wants to follow up feel free to comment on my review and will gladly send you the email history.

Check were helpful and seems knowledgeable.

They keep the good cars listed on Car Guru, that are actually sold, to attract the customer to their dealership, so that they can sell their unsold bad stuff. Recently many other dealers are doing the same and customers are losing their trust. To deal with that issue I always ask them to send the CarFax report by e mail so that I do not waist my trip. When i asked for CarFax two days later I was called and told it was sold and asked to come to dealership to see other inventory.
