Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 GMC Acadia?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can be patient and still find a solid example.

• Deal availability: 33.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 81 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.64% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $24,539 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 GMC Acadia's resale value?

The current average of $26,690 CAD sits slightly below last year's $27,700 CAD.

That softer pricing suggests the Acadia has become a bit easier to buy, but it also means a future seller may need to be realistic about pricing if they want to move the vehicle quickly. The current market range still leaves room for stronger examples to hold value better than average, especially if they are well equipped and in desirable condition. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.9/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 GMC Acadia or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 33.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.64% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.9/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the updated infotainment, strong owner satisfaction, and a used price that has eased a bit, the 2020 is the better all-around pick. If you are especially price-sensitive, a nearby year may be worth considering, but the 2020 gives you a good balance of features, market value, and buyer confidence.
