Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Chevrolet Corvette?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so it rewards patience and comparison shopping.

• Deal availability: 36.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 79 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.31% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $81,491 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 Chevrolet Corvette's resale value?

The current average of $81,491 CAD sits slightly below last year's $85,163 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you buy more favourably today, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited if the market stays soft. If you plan to sell later, the current trend suggests you should focus on condition, mileage, and documentation to protect value. Strong owner satisfaction can help keep demand steady when it’s time to list.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.84/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Chevrolet Corvette or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 36.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.31% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.84/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $84,042 CAD, the 2021 costs more than the current year's $81,491 CAD average.
• The convertible adds a power-operated open roof for easier open-air driving.

The bottom line: Choose the 2020 if you want the stronger value play and a broader chance of finding a deal. Consider the 2021 if open-air convenience matters enough to justify the higher price, especially if you’re willing to pay more for the added roof experience.
