Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Chevrolet Corvette?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you stay patient.

• Deal availability: 33.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 80 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.51% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $82,118 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 Chevrolet Corvette's resale value?

The current average of $82,118 CAD sits slightly below last year's $85,107 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you buy more confidently now, but it also means future resale may depend heavily on how well the market for this model holds up. If prices stabilise or strengthen, today’s lower entry point could help limit depreciation from here. Strong condition, desirable equipment, and clean history will matter even more if you plan to sell later.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.84/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Chevrolet Corvette or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 33.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.51% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.84/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $84,081 CAD, the 2021 costs more than the current year's $82,118 CAD average.
• The 2021 adds a convertible body style for open-air driving.

The bottom line: Choose the 2020 if you want the stronger value play and are focused on getting into a highly rated Corvette at a lower average price. If you are price-sensitive, the 2020 is the better starting point; if you want the added appeal of open-air driving, the 2021 is worth the extra spend.
