How much does the 2020 Chevrolet Colorado cost?

There are 118 listings available, which gives you a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2020 Chevrolet Colorado a good car?

Yes — 4.67/5 is a strong user rating for this model year. The 2020 Chevrolet Colorado stands out as a midsize pickup that balances everyday usability with real capability, and it gives you a good blend of comfort and utility. If you want a truck that can do more than basic commuting, its towing strength and available off-road hardware are major draws. With 22.9% of listings marked as good or great deals, you still have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2020 Chevrolet Colorado reliable?

Owners rate it 4.67/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2020 Colorado does have a reputation for transmission issues, and the base four-cylinder and WT trims are not the strongest choices in the range. For used buyers, that means long-term ownership risk is worth weighing carefully, especially if you are considering a lower-spec example.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Chevrolet Colorado?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 22.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 118 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.93% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $26,709 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 Chevrolet Colorado's resale value?

The current average of $27,851 CAD sits slightly below last year's $30,249 CAD.

That softer pricing suggests the market has become a bit more buyer-friendly, which can make it harder for a future seller to command top dollar right away. If you buy well now, you may have a better chance of limiting depreciation pressure later. The Colorado’s broad appeal as a capable midsize pickup should still help support demand when you eventually resell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.67/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Chevrolet Colorado or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 22.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.93% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.67/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2020 Colorado is a sensible choice if you want a midsize pickup with real utility, useful equipment, and a good mix of comfort and capability. If you are price-sensitive, the softer market and decent deal availability make this year worth a close look, but you should still prioritise well-maintained examples and avoid the weakest trims if you want the best ownership experience.
