Used 2020 Audi Q7 for Sale nearLondon, ON

How much does the 2020 Audi Q7 cost?

Prices have softened 12.76% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 79 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2020 Audi Q7 a good car?

Yes — the 2020 Audi Q7 earns a 5/5 user rating and a 7.67/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Performance at 10/10.

Owners consistently praise the luxurious features, smooth and quiet ride, comfort, and safety features. The Q7 is also described as especially appealing in snowy conditions, which fits its premium family-SUV use case. On the other hand, some owners feel it is overpriced and say the storage options are inadequate.

That lines up with the overview: you’re looking at a refreshed midsize luxury SUV aimed at buyers who want a premium family vehicle with a more modern presentation, plus a strong driving experience. The market also shows 29.1% of listings as good or great deals, which suggests there are still some attractive opportunities if you shop carefully.

Is the 2020 Audi Q7 reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Owner feedback points to a dependable-feeling ownership experience, with repeated praise for the Q7’s smooth, quiet ride and safety features. The expert evaluation also highlights the 48-volt mild-hybrid system working transparently, which supports the impression of a well-sorted drivetrain. Audi’s first scheduled maintenance visit is on the house, which helps early ownership costs.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about outright dependability and more about whether the premium ownership experience matches the price you’re paying.

What should I look for when buying a used 2020 Audi Q7?

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Q7 comes in Komfort, Progressiv, and Technik trims. The base setup already includes leather upholstery and a third-row seat, while the higher trims add more equipment and a more upscale feel.
• Powertrain: You can shop versions with a turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder, a mild-hybrid turbocharged 3.0-litre V6, or the performance-oriented SQ7 with a twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8. The 55 TFSI V6 is the strongest all-round choice, with 335 horsepower and 369 pound-feet of torque.
• Safety package: The Driver Assistance Package includes Emergency Assist, Turn Assist, and Adaptive Cruise Assist with adaptive cruise control, traffic-jam assistance, and lane-centring assistance. Some of these features are optional rather than standard.
• Infotainment: The Q7 uses a 10.1-inch upper touchscreen and an 8.6-inch lower touchscreen, plus natural voice recognition, handwriting recognition, wireless Apple CarPlay, navigation, and Audi Connect subscription services.
• Fuel efficiency: Natural Resources Canada says the Q7 should use 12.0 litres per 100 kilometres combined. In testing, it averaged 11.2 L/100 km and returned 13.0 L/100 km on a local fuel-testing loop.

Which 2020 Audi Q7 trim should I buy?

The 2020 Audi Q7 is offered in 3 trim levels: Komfort, Progressiv, Technik.

Here's the short version:

• Komfort: This is the entry point, and it already gives you the core Q7 experience with leather upholstery and a third-row seat. It makes sense if you want the Q7’s premium feel without stretching too far up the range.
• Progressiv: This is the trim to target if you want a better balance of equipment and value. It should give you more of the upscale features buyers expect from a luxury SUV without jumping straight to the most expensive version.
• Technik: This is the best-equipped choice and the one that best matches the Q7’s high-tech personality. It adds the adaptive air suspension, full-colour head-up display, standard 21-inch wheels, dual-pane acoustic side window glass, and the most polished cabin presentation.

The safety package is available as the Driver Assistance Package, so check carefully whether the specific used Q7 you’re considering has those features fitted.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Audi Q7?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so you can shop with some leverage if you’re patient.

• Deal availability: 29.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 79 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.76% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $33,408 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 Audi Q7's resale value?

The current average of $34,988 CAD sits slightly below last year's $40,108 CAD.

That price movement suggests the Q7 has become more accessible for used buyers, but it also means future sellers may face a softer market than owners saw a year ago. If you buy well now, you may be starting from a more realistic entry price than previous shoppers did. Strong equipment and a desirable trim can help protect value, but the broader trend still points to a more buyer-friendly market.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2020 Audi Q7 safe?

The Audi Q7 earns a Top Safety Pick+ rating from IIHS, but its HD Matrix LED headlights are rated poor.

It earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

Audi equips the Q7 with numerous advanced driver-assistance systems, and the Driver Assistance Package adds Emergency Assist, Turn Assist, and Adaptive Cruise Assist with adaptive cruise control, traffic-jam assistance, and lane-centring assistance. The package gives you a strong set of safety tools, but some of those features are optional rather than standard.

The headlight result is the main caveat to keep in mind when you’re comparing used examples, especially if you do a lot of night driving.

Should I buy a 2020 Audi Q7 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 29.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.76% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2020 model year brings a thorough update to the styling, interior, powertrain, and technology.

The bottom line: If you want the most modern-feeling Q7 in this generation, the 2020 is the one to focus on. It gives you the refreshed design, updated tech, and strong owner satisfaction that make it a compelling used luxury SUV. If you’re more price-sensitive, you can still shop carefully within this year’s market and look for a well-equipped example near the low end of the range.
