Used 2019 Nissan Sentra for Sale nearVancouver, BC

How much does the 2019 Nissan Sentra cost?

Prices have softened 17.66% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 162 listings available, which gives you a reasonable amount of choice if you're comparing condition, mileage, and equipment.

Is the 2019 Nissan Sentra a good car?

Yes — the 2019 Nissan Sentra earns a 4.6/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners repeatedly praise its value, comfort, smooth driving experience, technology features, and fuel economy. That fits well if you want an affordable used sedan with a straightforward layout and easy day-to-day usability. With 36.4% of listings marked as good or great deals, you still have a decent chance of finding a competitively priced example.

Is the 2019 Nissan Sentra reliable?

Owners rate it 4.6/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also points to a car that many people find reliable, dependable, and easy to live with over the long term. That said, some drivers mention a harsh ride and a few comfort-related shortcomings, so you should still inspect any used example carefully for signs of wear. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about the car’s basic appeal and more about making sure the specific vehicle has been maintained well.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Nissan Sentra?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 36.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 162 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 17.66% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $11,869 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Nissan Sentra's resale value?

The current average of $11,886 CAD sits slightly below last year's $14,436 CAD.

That softer pricing can be good news if you're buying now, but it also means a future seller may face a more competitive resale environment. If prices stay near the current level, your upside on resale may be more limited than it was a year ago. Even so, the Sentra’s value-focused reputation and broad appeal can help keep demand steady among budget-minded shoppers.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.6/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Nissan Sentra or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 36.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 17.66% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.6/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: Buy the 2019 if you want a simple, comfortable, value-oriented compact sedan and you like the current pricing. If you're especially price-sensitive, you may also want to compare nearby years to see whether a lower asking price outweighs the 2019’s stronger owner satisfaction and current market softness.
