How much does the 2019 Mazda CX-3 cost?

Prices have softened 10.04% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 140 listings available, which suggests you have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2019 Mazda CX-3 a good car?

Yes — the 2019 Mazda CX-3 earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its sporty driving feel, stylish design, and great gas mileage. That makes it a good fit if you want a small crossover that feels engaging behind the wheel, even though the cabin is better suited to buyers who can live with tighter rear-seat space. With 28.6% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still some market value to be found.

Is the 2019 Mazda CX-3 reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a vehicle people feel good about living with over time, especially because the praise centres on performance, efficiency, and an enjoyable driving experience. The recurring mention of a trouble-free ownership experience is not explicit in the data, but the strong satisfaction score suggests buyers have generally been able to count on it. For used buyers, that means long-term ownership risk looks more manageable if you choose a well-kept example with a clean history.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Mazda CX-3?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but should move quickly when a strong listing appears.

• Deal availability: 28.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 140 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.04% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $17,200 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Mazda CX-3's resale value?

The current average of $17,657 CAD sits slightly below last year's $19,627 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has softened, which can make the CX-3 easier to buy now but may also limit upside for a future seller if values continue to ease. If you plan to resell later, the current trend means your return will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the vehicle has been maintained. The good news is that a model with broad owner appeal can still hold attention in the used market when it is presented well.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Mazda CX-3 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 28.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.04% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the CX-3 at a softer price point and value its sporty feel, stylish design, and strong fuel economy, the 2019 is a sensible choice. If you are especially price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby model years and focus on whichever one gives you the best combination of condition, mileage, and asking price.
