Should I buy a 2019 Mazda CX-3 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 28.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.96% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2019 CX-3 makes the most sense if you want a stylish, efficient, and enjoyable small crossover and you can live with its tight rear seat and limited cargo room. If your priority is getting the best possible value, a nearby model year may also be worth comparing, but the 2019 is a solid choice when you find one priced well and equipped the way you want.
