There are 114 listings available, which suggests you should have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2019 Chevrolet Colorado a good car?

Yes — the 2019 Chevrolet Colorado earns a 4.71/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its performance, comfort, and style, and many appreciate the spacious interior and the power available from the V6 and ZR2 versions. It also fits well if you want a midsize pickup with real utility, more towing and payload capability than some rivals, and a cabin that feels roomier than many alternatives. With 28.9% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still some room to shop carefully.

Is the 2019 Chevrolet Colorado reliable?

Owners rate it 4.71/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Owner feedback points to a truck that many people find dependable and satisfying over the long term, especially when they value its performance and comfort. At the same time, the model’s reliability reputation is tempered by transmission concerns in this generation, so used buyers should pay close attention to service history and how the truck drives before committing.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Chevrolet Colorado?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you stay patient and compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 28.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 114 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.31% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $26,964 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Chevrolet Colorado's resale value?

The current average of $28,623 CAD sits slightly below last year's $31,562 CAD.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can make the truck easier to buy now but may also limit upside if you plan to resell soon. For a future seller, the softer pricing means you should be realistic about what the truck will bring unless it is especially well equipped or exceptionally clean. Stronger trims and desirable configurations should still help support demand, but the broader market is clearly pricing this model year below where it was a year ago.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.71/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Chevrolet Colorado or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 28.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.31% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.71/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2019 is a strong choice if you want a midsize pickup with broad capability, a more polished feel, and solid owner satisfaction, especially in the better-equipped trims. If you are price-sensitive, you may also want to compare nearby model years, but the 2019 stands out as a sensible target when you find a well-priced example with the right equipment and a clean history.
