How much does the 2018 Nissan Murano cost?

There are 248 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2018 Nissan Murano a good car?

Yes — the 2018 Nissan Murano earns a 4.8/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. You get a comfort-first midsize SUV with a smooth ride, an elegant interior, and high-tech features, and the cabin’s cleaner design helps it feel more upscale than many used SUVs in this class. It also suits you well if you want a polished daily driver with a spacious front seat area and a refined overall feel rather than sporty handling. With 30.2% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still meaningful value in the market.

Is the 2018 Nissan Murano reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a vehicle that feels dependable in everyday use, with many drivers describing it as comfortable and trouble-free over the long term. That kind of consistent praise matters if you want a used SUV you can count on for regular commuting and family duty. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about outright reliability and more about making sure the specific vehicle has been maintained properly.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2018 Nissan Murano?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 30.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 248 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 22.87% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $15,535 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2018 Nissan Murano's resale value?

The current average of $15,535 CAD sits slightly below last year's $20,142 CAD.

That price movement suggests the Murano has become more accessible for used buyers, but it also means a future seller may face a softer resale environment than someone who bought at last year’s higher average. If you buy now, you may benefit from the lower entry price, but you should still expect resale value to depend heavily on condition, mileage, and maintenance history. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2018 Nissan Murano or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2018 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2018 if:

• 30.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 22.87% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2018 if you want a comfort-focused Murano with strong owner approval and a market that currently favours careful shoppers. If your priority is simply the lowest possible purchase price, a nearby year may be worth comparing, but the 2018 is the better pick when you want a well-liked, well-equipped used SUV with a more polished feel.
