How much does the 2018 Land Rover Range Rover cost?

Is the 2018 Land Rover Range Rover a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction, and the 2018 Range Rover Sport’s appeal comes from its blend of luxury, serious off-road ability, and genuinely sporty performance. It also brings a high-end cabin feel and classic premium styling, which helps it stand out if you want a luxury SUV with real capability. The market shows 39.7% of listings as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2018 Land Rover Range Rover reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview also flags poor reliability as a drawback, so you should approach used examples carefully and pay close attention to maintenance history and overall condition. For a used buyer, the main long-term ownership risk is that out-of-warranty repairs can become expensive enough to outweigh the vehicle’s strengths.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2018 Land Rover Range Rover?

It’s a moderate market, so you can be selective without expecting deep discounts on every listing.

• Deal availability: 39.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 78 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.03% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $44,727 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2018 Land Rover Range Rover's resale value?

The current average of $45,016 CAD sits slightly below last year's $52,360 CAD.

That decline suggests the market has become more favourable to buyers, but it also means future sellers may face more pressure if prices continue to soften. For you, that makes purchase price and condition especially important, because a well-kept example is more likely to hold its appeal than one with deferred maintenance. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2018 Land Rover Range Rover or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2018 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2018 if:

• 39.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.03% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the refreshed 2018 model with its updated lighting, sleeker bumpers, and added tech, it’s the right year to target. If you’re mainly shopping on price, a nearby year may be worth comparing, but the 2018 is the better fit when you want the strongest mix of features, capability, and market value.
