Is now a good time to buy a used 2017 Mitsubishi RVR?

This looks like a moderate buyer's market, so you can be selective without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 39.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 69 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.29% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $11,873 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2017 Mitsubishi RVR's resale value?

The current average of $12,161 CAD sits slightly below last year's $13,556 CAD.

That suggests resale values have eased, which can work in your favour if you're buying now. If you plan to sell later, the softer pricing environment means you may want to focus on condition, mileage, and service history to protect your return. A well-kept example should still stand out, but the broader market is currently leaning lower.

Should I buy a 2017 Mitsubishi RVR or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2017 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2017 if:

• 39.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.29% compared with last year.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest balance of current pricing and available inventory, the 2017 is the better starting point. If you're especially price-sensitive, you can also compare nearby years to see whether a lower-priced alternative gives you similar value, but the 2017 already offers a market with meaningful deal availability.
