Used 2017 Ford F-150 for Sale nearYork, ON

How much does the 2017 Ford F-150 cost?

Prices have softened 5.42% compared to this time last year, making it a favourable time to shop this model year.

There are 707 listings available, which suggests solid inventory for used-truck shoppers.

Is the 2017 Ford F-150 a good car?

Yes — the 4.7/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise the safety features, power, and spacious interior, and many also like the wide range of trims and available amenities. That makes it a strong fit if you want a full-size pickup that can handle work duties while still offering comfort and upscale touches in higher trims. With 25.3% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still room to shop carefully.

Is the 2017 Ford F-150 reliable?

Owners rate it 4.7/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also points to a truck that many people find dependable and trouble-free in day-to-day use, especially when it comes to long-term ownership confidence. At the same time, some used examples can show minor quality concerns, so a careful inspection matters. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is finding a truck with unresolved wear or repair history rather than a lack of owner confidence overall.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2017 Ford F-150?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can shop with some leverage if you stay patient.

• Deal availability: 25.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 707 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.42% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $23,305 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2017 Ford F-150's resale value?

The current average of $24,349 CAD sits slightly below last year's $25,745 CAD.

That softer pricing can help you buy more truck for the money today, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited if the market stays steady. If you plan to sell later, buying near the lower end of the range gives you more cushion against depreciation. Strong demand for well-equipped pickups should still help support values, especially for cleaner examples with desirable trims and features.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.7/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2017 Ford F-150 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2017 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2017 if:

• 25.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.42% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.7/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2016 if:

• At $21,083 CAD, the 2016 costs less than the current year's $24,349 CAD average.
• It leans into luxury with a premium-feeling cabin.

Consider the 2018 if:

• At $25,170 CAD, the 2018 costs more than the current year's $24,349 CAD average.
• It is more well-rounded for everyday use and capability.

The bottom line: The 2017 is the best all-around pick if you want strong owner satisfaction, broad trim choice, and a market with decent deal availability. If price is your top priority, the 2016 is the better value play; if you want a more balanced newer truck, the 2018 is worth the extra money.
