Is now a good time to buy a used 2017 Buick Enclave?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile listings.

If you find a listing below $15,749 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2017 Buick Enclave's resale value?

The current average of $15,943 CAD sits slightly below last year's $18,544 CAD.

That decline suggests the market has become more favourable for buyers, but it also means a future seller may need to price competitively to stand out. If you buy well now, you may have less downside risk than someone who paid closer to last year’s average. The model’s strong owner satisfaction should help support demand when it is time to resell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2017 Buick Enclave or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2017 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2017 if:

• 34.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.03% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2017 is the better primary path if you want a roomy, upscale three-row SUV with strong owner approval and a softer used-market price than last year. If you are especially price-sensitive, a nearby year may still be worth comparing, but the 2017 stands out as the balanced choice for comfort, space, and value.
