Is the 2016 Nissan Murano a good car?

Generally — the 2016 Nissan Murano earns a 4/5 user rating, which lines up with its comfort-first character and more upscale look. It is a good fit if you want a relaxed midsize SUV with a distinctive design, a well-equipped cabin, and strong straight-line performance rather than a sporty driving feel. Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2016 Nissan Murano or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2016 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2016 if:

• 23.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 17.15% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2016 Murano makes the most sense if you want a comfortable, distinctive midsize SUV and you can find one priced near the lower end of the market. If you are especially price-sensitive, keep shopping and compare nearby model years for the best combination of condition, equipment, and asking price.
