How much does the 2015 Lexus IS cost?

There are 44 listings available, which suggests a modest amount of inventory for shoppers to compare.

Is the 2015 Lexus IS a good car?

Yes — the 2015 Lexus IS earns a 4.6/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise the sporty looks, fun driving experience, and comfortable seats. Many also highlight its fuel efficiency, while the overall market still shows 34.1% of listings as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop carefully.

Is the 2015 Lexus IS reliable?

Owners rate it 4.6/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also points to a car that many people find reliable and dependable over time, with several drivers saying they feel comfortable counting on it for regular use. That said, some owners mention transmission and sound system concerns, so you should pay close attention to those areas during a used-car inspection.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is whether a specific example has been maintained well enough to avoid the issues some owners have reported.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2015 Lexus IS?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 34.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 44 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 1.47% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $18,315 CAD, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2015 Lexus IS's resale value?

The current average of $20,260 CAD sits slightly below last year's $20,563 CAD.

That small decline suggests the market has eased a bit, which can make the car more attractive to buyers today but slightly less favourable for sellers trying to maximise return. Even so, the current pricing remains within a fairly tight annual range, which points to steady demand rather than a sharp drop in interest.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.6/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2015 Lexus IS or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2015 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2015 if:

• 34.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 1.47% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.6/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of owner satisfaction, current pricing, and deal availability, the 2015 is the primary year to focus on. If you are especially price-sensitive, you may also want to compare nearby years to see whether a lower asking price outweighs the 2015's stronger market position.
