• Deal availability: 20.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 60 listings available.

What is the 2014 Nissan Versa Note's resale value?

The current average of $7,494 CAD sits slightly below last year's $7,706 CAD.

That softer pricing suggests the market has become a bit more buyer-friendly, which can make it harder for a future seller to command a premium unless the car is especially clean and well maintained. If you buy at the right price now, you may have less downside risk later because the model is already trading in a relatively accessible range. Strong owner satisfaction can help support demand when it comes time to sell.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.33/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2014 Nissan Versa Note or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2014 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2014 if:

• 20.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 2.75% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.33/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want a budget-friendly used hatchback with strong owner satisfaction and you can live with modest performance, the 2014 is a sensible place to start. If you’re especially price-sensitive, keep an eye on the lower end of the market and compare a few listings closely before committing.
