This is actually a 1976 Cosworth Vega, but Vega was not listed on here. Basically it's the smaller twin brother of the Camaro. It is all original except the motor, which was redone with performance in mind, and also original appearence on mind also. I just did a little clean up on the outside (hince compare the 2 photos of the engine), but the block is the original 1976 block. This car came from the factory with a 4-cyl, EFI, 16-valve, DOHC setup. This made it very effiecent when the gas pedal is romped on!!!

350 chev small block like a rock, acceleration lost once to an Apollo,my sister. No rattles, replaced trans once my fault.Had it painted burgundy and did the whole interrior in burgundy fur with monkey nuts hanging from the mirror. What i was 17 hehe.I was broke just because i lived in it,driving everyone everywhere including to Regina.I don't ever remember having a problem, just the regular maintenance.I loved that car,did everything in it and went everywhere in it.It was a real looker.OOO yaaaa

by far the fastest car i ever owned. it would pin you against your seat. it was a chevy orange with a 305 v-8. we had modified it with a 6 speed from a 1993 chevy camaro. i bought it with a 4.88 chevy 10 bolt rear end. in the end it was a freakin fast car that could handle awesome for being the boat of its day. the interior wasnt much to look at but wasnt important when leaving mustangs in the dust!!! The engine had a Elderbrock performer RPM Intake manifold and Carbuerator.

Still have mine (obviously, I have never been able to part with her) and though she likes slower speeds (or maybe thats me) she is still as responsive as when she was new and when I put the pedal to the floor she can still fly!

I have recently aquired a 1976 camaro. This will be a project for my two boy's and myself. It is in reasonbly good condition. The body is straight, a major plus. I do have to replace most of the interior due to previous owner's lack of skill at making a "racecar" out of it, i.e removing all light switches and replacing them with toggles. We will be putting it back in original condition with the exception of a beefed up 400ci small block.
