what could it be od light and check engine light is on and i cant reverse

went to back up couldn't and both od and check engine light are on  before od light was blinking and i added fuel injector cleaner and it does not blink just stays on (od light)

The over drive light,may be bad sensor,or some issue with the transmission,is truck changing out gears right?

Same problem here on my 96 Ford Explorer but it doesn’t have any gears at all besides 4-low works. Can’t find the problem I don’t know if it is a servo or what.
