2006 nissan Altima 2.5L Service engine light only blinks 5 times slowly. No Start Issue.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

As I was trying to remove the AC low pressure
switch the wrench slid causing it to hit connection
end and breaking the switch. I did not have the
switch unplugged at the time. I was only going to
check the switch do to the AC clutch not engaging
all of a sudden. After this had happened, the car
would not start  shortly after. I am getting a service
engine soon light but it only blinks 5 times slowly
and then stops. There is not an explanation for this
pattern. I can not find anyone else with a forum or
thread stating they have this issue with a resolve.
Its just strange that this started after the broken
switch. As before mentioned, it was still plugged in
at the moment and battery was still connected. I
did notice a loud clicking noise from the cab.
Sounded like it was driver side. I have since
checked all fuses, replaced the ECM, BCM, Fuse
Block, and Fuel pump. Still no fire. Could this have
surged and caused a problem inside the ignition
switch? Thinking that could have been the loud
click noises I heard. Maybe the No Start issue is
not related to the broken switch but it was odd how
this all started right after. And to add to the whole
being dukied on so far, when I pulled the coils out,
2 of the plug tubes were half full of oil so theres a
new valve cover to add to parts Im replacing.
Please help because the only hair I have to pull out
on my head are my eyebrows and I want to keep
those!!

I am having the same start issue with the same code flashing. I drove it and it sputtered a couple of times while I was driving it but was fine otherwise. After I parked it in the driveway I went to swap it around with my wife's car so that I didn't have to in the morning and it wouldn't start. It turns over but wont engage and start.
