What's the mileage? Has the car been serviced (tuned-up)? Start with changing the plugs. You may have a bad sparkplug wire(s) They do go bad, expecally if one becomes dislodged from a standoff and is resting on the exhaust manifold. The injectors could be clogged. YOu could have purchased bad fuel. If the vehicle is bucking, it's probably missing. Bring it to a service center if you are not comfortable with a wrench or placing your head under the hood. It's probably an easy fix.

start by repalcing your fuel filter.
