Interior dome light

I have a 98 Expedition dome lights one works the
other one doesn't I have two in the dome light what
can be the problem I've checked the fuses fuses
are good one bulb is good but the other one is
good but doesn't get power

If you are sure the bulb is good, and since the other side works like it is supposed to, there must be a loose wire going to the socket.
