Dome light

Asked by Drew17713 Apr 16, 2016 at 10:20 PM about the 1998 Ford Expedition 4 Dr Eddie Bauer SUV

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I replaced the dome light with LED lights one light
works the other on the right doesn't work my dome
light has 2 lights inside of it one works one doesn't
work it's not the bulbs I checked the bulbs I check
the fuse they're good what else can be the problem

get a test light or a multimeter and see if you have power when the dome light should be on. if the fuses are good and the bulb is good you may have a fault in the wiring or the spot where the bulb connects in.

If they are basic LED lights they have polarity. turn the one around that does not work...
