non-working interior dome lights?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Just purchased a 2017 Ford Expedition.  Did all the looking, test-driving, paperwork etc during the day. Got it home that night and realized when we open the door, the interior dome lights do not come on.  The ambient lighting works fine.  We have checked the manual and forums, played with all knobs and switches, even tried to figure out which fuse controls it (can't find it listed in the manual).  Any ideas?

If your steering wheel also doesn't light up at night, and your rear dome light (at the tailgate) doesn't work, replace the rear dome light. This is what turned out to be the problem with ours. Good luck.
