We put in a new fuel pump so its definetly getting gas but its acting like its not and it wont stay running, it will run if you keep on the gas

Sounds like dirty/faulty idle air control valve or dirty throttle plate.

Or it could be your fuel release button located in the trunk if is a safety button that will sound like their is no fuel going to ur car and it just. Won't start.
