Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2006 Lincoln Navigator. 5.4L Engine Would dual
exhaust make a big difference in performance and
gas Milage. Also pull trailer now and then. If so
what else has to be changed or added to complete
upgrade. Will computer automatically adjust for
new exhaust system. ??? What about catalytic
converter...  I see F150 trucks have factory duals.
