how does 2003 kia rio transmission vent

transmission fluid leak at pan. replaced pan,gasket and bolts.still leaks.is it possible vent not working and causing leak?

Might have puckered holes on the pan rails creating a non- flat gasket surface area. Pull pan and with a balpeen hammer pound puckers back towards outside pan by only Just a little bit. This very well could be your problem.
