Starting issues

Asked by Ianpostler7 Jun 17, 2017 at 09:05 PM about the 1979 Chevrolet C/K 10 Scottsdale

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So I have a 1979 chevy k10 with the 350. Last night
I went to start it to run to the store and it just
wouldn't fire up. It turns over and sounds like it's
going to start.but it just doesn't. I replaced the wires
and plugs because a couple of them were burnt
from the previous owner letting them rest on the
headers (for whatever reason). I figured that was the
issue.but it didn't fix it..I'm just trying to figure out
what else it could be. Any thoughts??
