3 fuses in my interior fuse box aren't operating for my 2005 Kia Spectra

I was testing the fuses in my interior fuse box, and I found out that 3 of the
fuses weren't operating. I was doing this because the tail lights and dash lights
aren't working. I then realized that 2 of them were for the tail lights. I will greatly
appreciate any assistance I can get to fix my tail lights and dash lights.
