1999 Explorer V6 pushrod engine.  200K miles.  Recent tune-up and run well.  
Now experiencing a rough idle, at idle only.  Any ideas before the daughter
drops it off for free maintenance and repairs?

COULD BE ANYTHING...I WOULD START BY SAYING A VACUUM LEAK.
