how to change my wallpaper on my 2017 chevy camaro ss to a custom
wallpaper from a usb stick  how hard would it be to code that into a car or how
much would it cost

I doubt it can be done to a factory infotainment system, they are very weak and any attempt to mess with the program could renewer it non operational. Check with someone like car toys or stereo king to see if something aftermarket might work.
