can a front and rearend of a 1972 camaro be put on a 1974 camaro

I want to put the front nose and rear tail light section of a 1972 rs camaro on a 1974
camaro. The 72 has a rusted out top and the 75 is in great shape.  It looks like I can but
I'm not sure.

Ive done front swap, you only need to modify the hood lock to the new nose cone and pull opener you can get away without changing the radiator panell
