Kind gentleman at first. Car was cosmetically in good shape for the most part. But they Tried to hide some issues with the car. The engine check light kept going on and off. Also he became less of a gentleman when we even tried to negotiate price a little. He could have easily shaved off some numbers (rounded down the price to nearest half thousand). The owner later tried to lecture me on the phone the next day, when I turned down the car. Overall 3 stars, In my personal opinion.

From the first phone call to the end of the sale, this dealership has excellent customer service. Salespeople are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The whole staff is friendly and happy to help. They definitely went out of their way to provide a very rewarding experience, and a great deal on the car i bought. Negotiations were honest and quick. I would definitely return for my next car purchase, and I would highly recommend Ali and his sales team to everyone!

To many add-ons ( Adm. fees $499, Licence $250, Reg. 175, MVI $45 Warranty on tire and rims $199 ) I was surprised they never added on the motor oil, gas in tank, transmission fluid power , windshield washer fluid. I think they didn't want to sell the vehicle anyway.

Terrible dealership. Close to purchasing, but the truth was hard to come by with them. Plus I put a deposit down on the vehicle and because of the deception I backed out. It’s been more than 10 days and still haven’t been refunded.
